Mark Pomeroy
Mark leads the strategic direction of Pomeroy Capital. He is known for his matchless ability to create and negotiate deals, and for his appetite for consistent and unrelenting hard work. He is highly driven, passionate, and motivated and continually seeking a better way of doing everything for the benefit of the business and our Clients.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Law from Monash University.

John Salamy
John is a corporate finance and banking professional with over 17 years’ experience raising capital for property developments across Australia.
His commercial acumen and sophisticated approach to securing debt and equity, enables John to unlock and realise financial solutions for clients not otherwise available in today’s capital constrained market.
Commencing his career with PWC and KPMG John then spent 10 years at the NAB before joining Australian Unity in their Mortgages and Commercial Property team.
John is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Monash University.

Jake Sgarbossa
Jake is a true property finance specialist who partners with developers to achieve winning financial solutions for their projects.
After spending most of his career working for the big banks, Jake understands firsthand some of the frustrations and strict lending requirements placed upon developers. Being an optimistic and solution-oriented individual, Jake wanted to be able to truly provide the best possible outcomes for his clients and joined the Pomeroy Capital team.
Jake is passionate and supports the Property Industry Foundation being an active donor and participates in various charity fundraisers.
Jake graduated from Xavier College and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Commercial Law) from Deakin University.
